Desk is built by MADEBYJJ, LLC, a Delaware-registered company operating from Lakewood, NJ.

We started Desk because small business owners — salon owners, trainers, beauty pros — kept telling us the same thing: the work they love is only half the job. The rest is answering messages, collecting details, updating booking tools, sending reminders, and following up after the visit.

Their tools weren’t built to work together. Meta messages live in one place. Booking platforms live somewhere else. Email, deposits, reminders, and notes each add another tab. So the owner becomes the glue between systems, usually late into the evening.

Desk is the back-office tool we wanted to exist. It moves the boring parts of the job from first message to booked appointment to follow-up, so you can spend your time on the parts you want to.

We’re an official Meta Tech Provider, and we build around the tools small businesses already use. We’re a small team and we read every support email ourselves.
